"I found the idea of a retreat a minefield – would it ever really live up to the hype? But after being diagnosed with breast cancer, Jess and Will’s guidance through the meditation technique and all of their generous support really helped me to get through the brutal treatment which poleaxed my body and to a certain extent my mind. I’d used the meditation as an emotional crutch to lift me through some pretty dark times – and it had worked. I didn’t feel so alone or afraid. So I approached the retreat and the possibility of some deep healing with a very open mind. I had nothing to lose. A few weeks on and I can only describe it as a really extraordinary, special and immensely powerful weekend. Yes there’s an element of deep introspection and potential for healing but it was also full of lightness and laughter. "I was in such a state when I learned a year ago. I couldn’t sleep, I had terrible anxiety, and my depression was quite literally killing me. I am happy to say that meditation has quite literally changed my life. I remember at the time I learned Will mentioned that within 4 months I would start seeing things differently and make life changing decisions. Within 2 months I made three of the best and most significant decisions I have ever made. I have since had the most fantastic year of my life! My creativity and productivity has increased tenfold, my mind is sharper and the anxiety, depression and insomnia have completely gone. Going from reliance on sleeping pills and only getting 20 minutes sleep a night to sleeping 9 hours straight through is just extraordinary. "I have to admit I was a little sceptical when I first decided to learn meditation from Will. I liked the idea of meditation, but coming from a totally non-religious background, I wanted to understand the science behind it all as well as learn the process. So, Will assured me that he was the man for the job and I signed up for the weekend course. I have to say, by the end of the weekend I was a believer! I thought Will was very impressive – He had a great balance of knowledge, enthusiasm and was an excellent teacher. He was able to handle any question our group threw at him and handle them very very well. I have come away extremely excited and motivated to practice meditation and am now a week or so into my own experience of it. My main observations so far are increased energy levels in the day and I am far more relaxed. I’m sure there are many more to come, but this is a pretty awesome start! I would highly recommend Will to anyone looking to start meditating… he’s the man! 🙂 PS. A year on I’m feeling no anxiety at all, and i’m sleeping like a baby, its a revelation! "

"In the beginning of September I was browsing Internet, searching for some other kind of meditation, when the website of Will popped up. What I read reminded me a conversation years ago, someone telling me about the POWER OF THE SOUND. Still hesitant, I signed up at the last possible moment. I’m deeply grateful to the Force that made me go for it. For the past 8 years I was involved in deep spiritual studies, wanted to know how life works. I’m aware of my weak points, and while what I learned is valuable, I was not able to make the necessary changes inside and out. Two weeks into Beeja meditation ….. And much to my shock, I decided to drop what I was practicing. I felt like a white piece of paper. Light …. Now one month have past since my first meditation….. I haven’t had a down moment:-) I just wake up every morning and realize that a certain pattern or belief I had is no longer there. For example, I wasn’t able to say ” no” , just to make people happy, I would end up with overlapping meetings. Now I take my time and I stand my ground. I started working on my passion, I feel much more connected to myself. I trust my decisions. I used to beet myself up not only for what I perceived as my mistakes, but for other people’s too. Now I’m relaxed, let go of control. I feel some kind of power building up in me. My trust in the Divine Force is higher and higher. I’m happy, light and flowing. Guys, I can go on and on. I have tried many things, nothing has done so many profound changes in such a short time. And the best part….. IT’S EFFORTLESS. I don’t even think of what I want any more. I just joyfully do my 20 mins morning and evening. Everything happens by itself, and goes wherever you need it most, you just observe. I still have a long way to go and I’m excited. Will and Jess…… Nothing I say would be enough. They just radiate warmth, love and care. How can you not love them back? It’s contagious 🙂 imagine when this love spreads around …….   "

"I loved loved loved Will’s beginners meditation course. I came away super motivated to practice twice a day every day without fail, and so far its worked brilliantly 🙂 I had been practicing mantra meditation for about a year using a brain entrainment programme called Lifeflow meditation. It consisted of listening to audio tracks designed to affect our brain wave patterns. Over the weekend that I learned Beeja meditation I realized that I had been missing out certain essential things from my meditation practice and it was also obvious that this new mantra was way more effective that the one I got online. On the third night of the course I slept deeply and completely for most of the night which is a new experience for me. My sleep patterns for the last 15 years have been broken; I have been used to waking up repeatedly during the night every night. Each night since the course I have had the same deep sleep for around 6 hours and then light sleeping for whatever time I have left in the morning. Even though I was previously able to fall back to sleep quickly, now that my sleep pattern has changed so dramatically for the better, I realize how much I was missing of the deep sleep phases of the sleep cycle. On those occasions when I have had some negative emotional experience in life, instead of my usual reaction where I try and escape into a film or something, I simply felt that it was ok to feel these things and it no longer caused me any agitation! I have also noticed that my awareness of other people has increased. I am noticing people’s facial expressions are more animated than I ever realized. During my meditation I have noticed that I tend to wave into and out of a deep state between 1 and 4 times in each meditation, which is exactly what Will said would happen in the course. I find that the practice feels more beneficial when I hear the mantra as a deep guttural sound instead of the lighter, more high pitched sound that my previous mantra took on. This seems more primordial somehow. During the meditation I have felt occasional waves of something familiar, feelings that I recognize from my past but that I haven’t been able to access to for a very long time. Feelings such as freedom and wonder and hopefulness, feelings that feel like they’re hovering about me waiting for me to remember. I feel like I have been looking for diamonds all over the place, I am slowly remembering that I need only to look inward to find them. "

All my life I have wrestled with ‘peace of mind’.  My mind is a chaotic monkey mess at the best of times and I have been renowned for being rather scatter brained. Couple this with a few rough years it produced someone who always felt like he was teetering on the edge and so sought solace in a hard living, wholly unsustainable, party lifestyle.   And I was very good at it too! Along came Beeja Mediation and after two months, internally at least, I barely recognise that person anymore.   As the weeks role on I feel that the real me that has often sat in the corner cowering at the bombastic party me is slowly and confidently coming to the fore.   The calm is bliss.  The two mini holidays each day a day feel like a total luxury.  I need less validation from the outside world, feel like I’m rebuilding myself piece by piece and am more equipped to cope with the insanity of modern first world living and the overwhelming tsunami of information blasted at us daily.  ‘Likes’ be damned. I actually very much like myself now.  And that is worth all the cyber thumbs up in the world. On top of that I can concentrate for hours, I’ve resumed my love of writing, stopped drinking , made peace with vexing people in my life and can pretty much organise rats at a crossroad now.    The benefits just keep popping up In the most surprising  places.  It’s an exciting journey to see what part of me is going to get better and shinier.

"It has been life changing for me in all senses of the word. I have become a new person, and from what I am told my friends and family a much better and mature one. It has put me more in control of my life, I was going through some unexpected changes and didn’t know where to turn. I discovered Beeja Meditation and it gave me back my focus and control. "I first met Will and Jess in February 2015 and how life has changed since then! Following a weekend course where Will shared with the group all there is to know about the Beeja mediation practise, I left on that Sunday afternoon with a 50 : 50 blend of apprehension and excitement. Thereafter, as I practised each day and got deeper into my mediation, apprehension quickly dissolved and excitement built! The beauty of this technique (I think anyway) is its’ simplicity. 20 mins twice a day and you are good to go! My life seems clearer and calmer and less confused since that February weekend - a new perspective on life if you will. So compelled was I with my new teachings that I convinced my wife to attend a course in May. She is now practising daily also and just as passionate about Beeja mediation as I am! So much so that we have since taken our two children along to see Will and they have now started meditating also (I kid you not!!!) "I was completely new to meditation before the course, and decided to give it a go after going through some personal issues in life, and thought “why not”. This was 3 months ago, and since then I have been meditating once to twice a day and really enjoy it.  I absolutely love getting in from work and meditating for 20 minutes, it’s so relaxing and is a great escape for the mind from the chaotic world in which we live.   I now feel more relaxed and less stressed, and feel that it helped me get through a difficult period and I now genuinely enjoy it. "After hearing about Meditation I decided to give it a try with Will Williams. I was surprised at how strong and instantly this technique worked. It helped me battle fatigue and anxiety and also helped me creatively, getting in the flow while working. Meditation has allowed me to create a much more balanced and calm life and really become much more aware of myself. And when the inevitable hardships of life happen, vedic meditation is a tool that can be relied on that can help ease the suffering. I have nearly been meditating a year and have been on 3 retreats with Will and Jess and with their amazing support I have really been able to push my meditation technique much further in a very short space of time. "Learning Beeja meditation last year with Will Williams was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I tried various methods in the past but there wasn’t anything that resonated or stuck with me. I wasn’t sure Beeja meditation would at first, but I kept practicing and within a short amount of time started to see some very positive changes in my life. These changes were so beneficial I couldn’t look back, so fitting it into my daily life from thereon was unquestionable. If you want to feel less stressed, carefree, more understanding & compassionate towards others and more productive then it’s definitely worth trying. I’ve found it so beneficial and important to keep in my life I’m eager to learn more. "It’s been an amazing week. I have meditated twice a day, yesterday I was in the park. My senses feel heightened, I have had a visual feast watching my favourite Kubrick movies. I feel more confident. My brain has done some amazing healing. I stopped smoking but had a little lapse. But I am determined to quit. I was always curious how to meditate. How to do it properly. I put off trying until I came along to Will Williams group introductory workshop where I enrolled in the three day course for my birthday. "Since learning this technique of mediation (after trying many other styles of meditation over the years) I can honestly say I don’t think I’ll ever give this one up! I find it easy to keep up with, fits in around a hectic busy life and has brought so many positive changes for me. More energy, clarity, less reactivity when under pressure at work and overall an amazing vibe to life has occurred. The teaching is brilliant with Will offering his deep knowledge in a realistic and understandable way. Also the ongoing support from the whole team who are on hand by email or phone really made this course stand out for me, knowing they are their for any queries that might pop up, stands out so much from other meditation courses and you feel they really do care how their students progress. Finally love the meditation community (group medtations) which allows for a chance to chat with fellow mediators and also again bring up any questions and pick up tips from Will & Jess. I cannot recommend this course highly enough. if you really do want those positive life changes you’re looking for then this is the course for you! "

"I’ve been working with various meditation practices for many years but I always found it far too easy to come up with an excuse not to sit and practice, until now that is. I came away from Will’s introductory course feeling totally tranquil for the first time in years Eloquently guiding us through the course , Will has a wonderfully gifted ability to mix science with spiritual understanding. He lead s you through the basic principles and techniques in a way that anyone could follow and implement and it all comes together into such an easy practise. By the end of the course you feel armed with everything you need to make it work for you. The benefits of doing the 20 minutes of meditation twice a day are tangible even after a few short months; I’ve had some of my best night’s sleep in years and it feels fabulous. I should also mentionthat this has been an invaluable tool in my recovery  from alcoholism. For years I’ve been struggling to  stay of the drink for concerted periods of time, but the more I do this, the more I feel at complete ease and don’t feel compelled to hit the self destruct button. And contrary to previous practice , I haven’t missed a day yet. This has obviously sparked a considerable interest in all things Beeja and I am now looking forward to doing a retreat with Will & Jess in March. "Having suffered from insomnia on and off for several years, I used to rely on ‘quick fixes’ – almost always involving pharmaceuticals – to alleviate periods of high stress, anxiety and insomnia. 3 weeks ago, following a very bad insomnia crisis which was going on for several weeks, I decided to change my strategy and see if I could tackle these issues from a completely different perspective – I needed to find a way to ‘calm my mind’. I came across Will’s meditation website and after reading a few of the reviews, I signed myself for a free intro talk. I have to admit, up until then, I considered myself a rather skeptical/cynical person, perhaps due to my science/medical background, but after attending the free talk, it didn’t take me long to leave my skepticism behind and book myself to a 3 day course starting the day after. The way the course was conducted, particularly the way every question was explained, really appealed to me. Every word had a meaning and one that made absolute sense! The group discussions were very engaging and I feel I could relate a lot to what was being discussed. From the day I started meditated, my sleep improved dramatically. I have now been meditating for just over 2 weeks and I feel a much more positive, less anxious and happier person. Will and his team are so lovely and very approachable. The support provided after the course is again exceptional. I have been attending group meditation sessions on a weekly basis which I find them rather special: great energy and you have the opportunity to meet amazing people and hear their journey/share experiences. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. A life changer! "

"I just wanted to say a very warm thank you to both you and Jess for this weekend. I really had no idea that it would make such an impact on me. I came into work this morning and I feel like a totally different person. About 5 people have come up to me today to ask me if I’d been on holiday as I look like I am glowing (apparently!). How freaky is that?! I woke up at 6.30am this morning to do my first meditation of the day. I NEVER wake up at 6.30am for anything other than skiing. But I got up, pottered around for a bit and did my first meditation. Came into work this morning (I was early for the first time in 7 years) feeling happy and positive. This is so far away from how I have been feeling for the last 4 months, that I hardly recognise myself. If this is what Beeja meditation does for me after only 3 days, I am telling you now that you have a lifelong convert on your hands! Thank you both so much from the bottom of my heart. "I started the New Year thinking about my continued confusion and lack of clear direction around the subject of Meditation. I had tried various methods over the last few years, read some books, but somehow I just couldn’t apply the discipline. I started practicing meditation earlier this year and it has so far exceeded my expectations. The simplest way to describe what happens when I meditate is by comparing it to turning a computer off and back on again. All the clutter and noise in my head stops and I become aware of some immediate changes within myself: I feel more alert yet more relaxed, I have a greater attention span and can start to appreciate my surroundings in an entirely different way. The end result has been a much happier me.
I would urge those with even the faintest curiosity about Beeja Meditation to pursue it. The process of learning is entirely culturally unchallenging – there is no singing, no lotus position and no religious agenda. You will not be asked to question your own beliefs but invited to learn from your own experience. I should also point out that this form of meditation is very different to other types of meditation I have been taught in the past such as mindfulness.

As a health care practitioner I am also interested in the objective benefits of practicing Beeja meditation. While still a relatively new area for research, a growing amount of empirical evidence supports this technique as a way of reducing blood pressure, helping stress related disorders and improving our sense of self. Having experienced the benefits first hand I am excited to follow progress of VM in healthcare in the future. "

"What an amazing weekend of knowledge and inspiration! I’ve been experiencing many problems with anxiety and this has been affecting my sleep. I was also very low on confidence and struggling with a deep sense of malaise and there has been a saddening lack of joy in my life for too long. I didn’t really understand how Beeja meditation could help with these things when other techniques and therapies have failed, but I didn’t really know what else to try. One of my concerns was that I really wasn’t confident I was going to be able to do it properly, but Will assured me that everybody can do it, even 5 year old children! I turned up on the first day and waited outside with the incredibly lovely Jess and then went in at the appointed hour. Will gave me a beaming smile and I felt immediately at ease. We did the first meditation and already I felt calmer than I had done in years, and then as the weekend unfolded, Will gave us more and more amazing information about how to make this work in the best possible way. I have a busy life and a very demanding job, but all Will’s tips on how to work it into your day have proven to be gold! I’ve been doing it a month now and all I can say is…wow! This has given me a new lease of life and I find myself going to bed with a smile on my face and then waking up feeling inspired by life again and I literally can’t wait for the day ahead. "I’ve been meditating for about 9 months now, after hearing about Will and Jess through a friend who’d learned with them. I’d previously tried some breath-focussed meditation, but what I love about this technique, (and why it has stuck) is how effortless it is. Not only is it simple, it’s also very powerful compared with other techniques, and so it’s incredibly effective! Will and Jess are wonderful; they both give so much of themselves, and clearly love their jobs, (they work around the clock). I came to this meditation to try and tackle anxiety, and a persistent sense of meaninglessness in life. All of the claims on the website sounded too good to be true, and I was wary of getting swindled… BUT I am so glad I decided to take the risk, in my opinion this technique is better than a lot of the stuff we have out there, which is probably why it sounds too good to be true! I can also now see how so many of our problems are connected, and so it makes sense that the meditation is able to work so holistically. I’m happy to say it’s revolutionising my life. My understanding of myself, others, and of life is growing and growing, I’m much happier, and I’m particularly loving the freedom it’s giving me to have confidence in and follow what I truly want to be doing with my life, without second-guessing myself constantly. I was also worried that starting a practice like this could somehow cause me to lose touch with my identity; but in reality I’m feeling more and more connected with myself. I went on my first retreat a few weeks ago, which was beautiful, and have just started the Exploring the Veda course, which I’m very excited about! "I have to say I didn’t expect it to have such an impact on me so soon. It’s made me realise the extent to which my body and mind were all over the place and out of sync. Each time I meditate my nervous system is buzzing all over my body, almost like pins and needles but without the awkwardness…..a very nice experience! Also when I’m not meditating I get the sensation and it makes me think my nervous system needs a LOT of resetting and it feels like it is smoothing out very quickly.. Every time I used to make lunch or wash up etc. I would put the radio on for company as I wasn’t comfortable with my own thoughts. I knew about meditation before I had the course with Will, but the meditations I did was mainly guided or with music. With the Beeja meditation technique, I can meditate anywhere, anytime and what better place than in the tube on my way to work :-). In the first month after the course, I noticed that I slept better and did not not get annoyed as quickly/often as before. Even though I do not always get to meditate every day now, I use meditation for times when I know I will have a busy day ahead or if I have not slept well. "I’d had IBS for about 7 years, which was getting progressively worse as time went on before I met Will. I went to one of his introductory talks and he said that the meditation he taught could not only cure IBS, but had a whole host of other awesome benefits. Just being in the same room made my stomach feel better (which was hurting at the time!) so I thought I’d take a chance. It’s been about 4 months since I started meditating using the technique Will taught me and I’ve had 1 tummy upset because I ate something bad. Anyone who suffers from IBS will understand what a miracle that is! My morning poo is one of my favourite times of day. I’ve never been so regular in my life and it’s awesome!! No more trapped wind, bloatedness, cramps….it’s magic. I had always considered myself a pretty chilled person, but there is a lot of background stress in life that I had never really noticed consciously, but was having a massive effect on my everyday life. Meditation make me feel like MC Hammer ‘stress can’t touch this!’ Will and his partner Jess are awesome. The follow up support they give after the course has been great. They genuinely seem to care how you’re getting on and if there is anything else they can help with and you can ask them any questions you have anytime. "Meditation was a last resort for me after suffering a life altering head injury. After the injury I was subject to a few unfamiliar side affects such as anxiety, head aches, panic attacks and I lost the ability to socialise. This was very unlike me and it was frightening. "Let me start my stating that I usually do not write reviews. However I am making an acception here because of the truly profound experience that I have gained from Will Williams meditation. I have only been meditating for 2 months, since that time my insomnia has gone. I used to get only 1 hour sleep if I was lucky, but now I get 7 good hours of pure blissful sleep. In the past I also lost my temper and got stressed at work. Those problem are also history now, I am much calmer and never get stressed even in the toughest situations. All this achieved in only 2 months and I am continuing to meditate twice a day. In the months ahead I intend to expand my knowledge further. I would highly recommend Will Williams meditation to everyone as it will definitely help you in some capacity. Will and his team are all extremely friendly and very helpful. Indeed, I have had the privilege to be taught by Will himself and he explains things very clearly and answers all questions thoroughly. Give them a try, it maybe the best decision you could make. "

"Around 6/7 months ago I started to suffer from severe anxiety / panic attacks. At first they were relatively infrequent but over time they became closer and closer together until I was living with constant anxiety. I was incapable of spending any time alone which in turn led to a period of very dark depression. Despite this, I was proactive about trying to get better and started searching out absolutely every treatment I could find: individual / group therapies, guided meditation, yoga, exercise and acupuncture to name a few. They all helped a small amount in the short term but more as a distraction. I was open with those around me about the way I was feeling and a very close friend suggested Beeja meditation. Obviously I jumped at the chance to try something new, took the beginners course and almost instantly began to feel better. In all honesty, meditation was the only thing that really touched the sides. As I felt the positive effects so quickly, I went on a weekend retreat which fast tracked my recovery even further. I cannot recommend meditation enough, it lifted me out of a very dark place and changed my life for the better. "

"This is totally unlike any other meditation I’ve done before. Its so much easier than anything else I’ve tried, and i’ve done a fair few types and nothing ever really stuck. The mechanics of this, with that wonderful little mantra make it a breeze to do. Will told us in the introductory talk that EVERYBODY can and does do this really successfully but I was a little sceptical. Having now practised it, I can honestly say its impossible not to get it and I can now see how even young children can do it. I especially like the fact that you’re not forced to think in any kind of way, this just allows you to be. It’s easy, it’s really relaxing and you feel absolutely top notch after every meditation. I really can’t recommend this highly enough. Even if you think you’ve tried lots of meditation in the past. Try this and I bet you it will exceed your expectations. "

"I have been mediating for about 2 months and since doing so I have noticed a dramatic change in the levels of stress that I feel on a daily basis. I really look forward to sitting down to do them as they help me to feel more balanced than I ever have. I have battled with an eating disorder for 5 years and although I have managed to make progress alone, the meditation has enabled me, almost immediately, to think in a much more rational way, helping me to cope with all the things that used to trigger my self destructive behaviours. Other coping mechanisms such as smoking and drinking have also been a problem for me and I have watched in a very short space of time, my need for those things, diminish. It’s truly amazing and I feel high on life alone, a complete and utter blessing and something a lot of people around me, never managed to do. The change has enabled me to feel a sense of freedom in my life that I have been searching for, for a very long time. I would recommend this to anyone willing to give it a try. Firstly, thank you so much for having me. I really loved it and it surpassed all my expectations. I know I’m probably still in the honeymoon phase when it’s all new and exciting and, to be honest, I’m a bit scared of acknowledging any benefits in case it doesn’t last but here goes…
I’ve found the meditations really soothing and I actually look forward to them. I’ve done one on a crowded train, a couple on a park bench and I’ve now got in the habit of meditating in the car before walking my dog in the morning which I love because usually I’m meeting someone to walk with so its just a nice calm time beforehand. I have missed a couple of evening ones just because time has run out.
I find it incredibly comforting having this new tool to combat my anxiety and (sometimes quite obsessive) repetitive barrage of negative thoughts. I still struggle with letting them spiral but I feel it’s making me calmer on the inside. I was hoping it would make
me less inclined to reach for the wine bottle in the evening but that hasn’t happened yet!
A wonderful side effect (which I could have worked out for myself but never did) was going to bed earlier. I can find evenings at home terribly unsettling and pace the house trying, and rarely succeeding, to find something to make me relax and I now realise that I can just go to bed! It felt like the evening was a sort of marathon I had to get through and now I understand that 10.30pm is a perfectly reasonable time to go to bed and read my book.
The thing I also love about meditating with a mantra is that it feels in a weird way like a sort of brain massage. The word just becomes a rhythm and it feels like the opposite of a headache – a sensation in your head but a nice one.

I thought I knew every single note and sound like the palm of my hand…but no!
