Meditation for Beginners: Day 1

You'll be given your personal sound and guided into your first meditation by your teacher.

Choose session timings from early morning until evening as per your convenience & availability

Gaining Confidence: Day 2

We'll give you the low down on how to meditate with confidence and integrate this practice into your daily life.

We will hone down the essential principles into a concise session for you.

Meditate together; Have discussions & answer your questions throughout.
