Come along to one of our free introductory talks to find out how Beeja Meditation in London could awesome your life…*
Forget everything you thought you knew about meditation; Beeja meditation is the simple but powerful meditation technique which could transform you into your own living legend. (Yes, really!)
Based on the Beeja style of meditation, it’s the brainchild of Will Williams – one of Europe’s leading meditation experts. He’s travelled far and wide learning from the world’s great masters, so you don’t have to, and has adapted their ancient knowledge for us stressed-out beings in the modern world.
Join us at our London studio for a relaxed and informal hour-long session, for a fascinating insight into this practice and how you can easily implement it into your daily life.
You’ll discover the science behind the technique, what makes it so simple and effective, and its many uplifting benefits.
This meditation is not about zoning out; it’s about pressing the reset button, then turning up the dial and tuning in.
Everybody is welcome. No matter if you’re a seasoned yogi or a curious sceptic. As long as you’re human, then this is for you.
Prepare to get your mind-blown by the life-changing possibilities one simple technique, tailor-made for you, could bring.
"I had been attempting to practise mindfulness for about 15 years but could never really clear my busy mind of thoughts and I always felt like a bit of a failure because of it. Beeja meditation turned out to be exactly what I was looking for: a very practical, very easy way of meditating. All I had to do was repeat the mantra Will gave me. Having meditated for four months, twice a day, I've already felt a significant difference in my life: There's a greater sense of underlying calm, a clearer perspective on the little dramas which no longer seem to affect me, and i'm convinced it has helped me to quit smoking too. I now feel I'm at the beginning of a lifelong journey - there is so much to discover it seems! Will is a very sincere and engaging exponent of this great knowledge."Read More >
"I came across meditation thanks to my friend Manu, I was curious and sure that every little could help. I discovered something both gentle and super powerful. It's been almost 3 months now and I already can feel the difference. I was not looking for anything particular but I had the intuition that meditation would be the secret weapon for my future adventures. I can say it's been such a great experience that I was able to inspire my entire family (Mum, Dad, brothers, and my brother's wife) to learn the technique. The training happened last week and I've been astonished by the impact on them all during and after the training. They all can feel the benefits after a few days of meditation and I can feel the process of virtuous circle working on them. I am sure this experience will connect us to an other level of consciousness. I cannot thank enough Jess and Will for their kindness and true care during the process of teaching. And I looking forward to attending their retreat."Read More >
"I thought I had a very busy mind and that I had to do something about it ! Now I can tell you that is absolutely fine having thoughts, but with meditation you learn how to be in Control of it!"Read More >
" I would also note that when my head is feeling really frazzled from work, stressful situations, fatigue or illness, meditating clears my mind, calms me, grounds me, and makes me feel more energised. I have tried other forms of meditation, and I don't want to put them down in any way, but I have found that Beeja meditation is the easiest to learn and incorporate into daily life, and has the most pronounced benefits."Read More >
"I have been mediating for about 2 months and since doing so I have noticed a dramatic change in the levels of stress that I feel on a daily basis. I really look forward to sitting down to doing my meditations as they help me to feel more balanced than I ever have. I have battled with an eating disorder for 5 years and although I have managed to make progress alone, the meditation has enabled me, almost immediately, to think in a much more rational way, helping me to cope with all the things that used to trigger my self destructive behaviours. I would recommend this to anyone willing to give it a try. I am very grateful to have found this"Read More >

There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Beeja meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
