I feel as though I am walking around with a secret that no one else knows and that I am contained within a happiness bubble - I've always been pretty upbeat but I just feel awesome and chilled and generally just happy...I'm calling it my vedic happiness bubble' Also, my productivity has gone through the roof!

Vedic meditation has changed my life. It has given me a wonderfully positive outlook on everything. I have become even more obsessed with nature. I now pick and choose my battles (if any!), am more calm and I need less sleep. I wish I had found it years ago!
I've been meditating for about 9 months now, after hearing about Will and Jess through a friend who'd learned with them. I'd previously tried some breath-focussed meditation, but what I love about this technique, (and why it has stuck) is how effortless it is. Not only is it simple, it's also very powerful compared with other techniques, and so it's incredibly effective! Will and Jess are wonderful; they both give so much of themselves, and clearly love their jobs, (they work around the clock). I came to this meditation to try and tackle anxiety, and a persistent sense of meaninglessness in life. All of the claims on the website sounded too good to be true, and I was wary of getting swindled... BUT I am so glad I decided to take the risk, in my opinion this technique is better than a lot of the stuff we have out there, which is probably why it sounds too good to be true! I can also now see how so many of our problems are connected, and so it makes sense that the meditation is able to work so holistically. I'm happy to say it's revolutionising my life. My understanding of myself, others, and of life is growing and growing, I'm much happier, and I'm particularly loving the freedom it's giving me to have confidence in and follow what I truly want to be doing with my life, without second-guessing myself constantly. I was also worried that starting a practice like this could somehow cause me to lose touch with my identity; but in reality I'm feeling more and more connected with myself. I went on my first retreat a few weeks ago, which was beautiful, and have just started the Exploring the Veda course, which I'm very excited about! I'd recommend Vedic meditation to absolutely everyone, to try it for themselves, and see what it can do for them.
After 3 days of doing the meditations and feeling sceptical on the 4th morning I finished the meditation singing that song hallelujah and I have so much energy this morning I'm nearly skipping around the office. My mind is clearer and sharper than any time I can remember - I honestly can't remember the last time I had this much energy...its absolutely amazing! okay....I'm sold!

I found the idea of a retreat a minefield - would it ever really live up to the hype? But after being diagnosed with breast cancer, Jess and Will's guidance through the meditation technique and all of their generous support really helped me to get through the brutal treatment which poleaxed my body and to a certain extent my mind. I'd used the meditation as an emotional crutch to lift me through some pretty dark times - and it had worked. I didn't feel so alone or afraid. So I approached the retreat and the possibility of some deep healing with a very open mind. I had nothing to lose. A few weeks on and I can only describe it as a really extraordinary, special and immensely powerful weekend. Yes there's an element of deep introspection and potential for healing but it was also full of lightness and laughter. And therein lies the magic experience the team create for you - the perfect combination of care and support through the meditation process, delicious food to nourish you along the way whilst also reminding us that the journey should be fun.
Having suffered from insomnia on and off for several years, I used to rely on 'quick fixes' - almost always involving pharmaceuticals - to alleviate periods of high stress, anxiety and insomnia. 3 weeks ago, following a very bad insomnia crisis which was going on for several weeks, I decided to change my strategy and see if I could tackle these issues from a completely different perspective - I needed to find a way to 'calm my mind'. I came across Will's meditation website and after reading a few of the reviews, I signed myself for a free intro talk. I have to admit, up until then, I considered myself a rather skeptical/cynical person, perhaps due to my science/medical background, but after attending the free talk, it didn't take me long to leave my skepticism behind and book myself to a 3 day course starting the day after. The way the course was conducted, particularly the way every question was explained, really appealed to me. Every word had a meaning and one that made absolute sense! The group discussions were very engaging and I feel I could relate a lot to what was being discussed. From the day I started meditated, my sleep improved dramatically. I have now been meditating for just over 2 weeks and I feel a much more positive, less anxious and happier person. Will and his team are so lovely and very approachable. The support provided after the course is again exceptional. I have been attending group meditation sessions on a weekly basis which I find them rather special: great energy and you have the opportunity to meet amazing people and hear their journey/share experiences. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. A life changer!
I knew about meditation before I had the course with Will, but the meditations I did was mainly guided or with music. With the Vedic meditation technique, I can meditate anywhere, anytime and what better place than in the tube on my way to work :-). In the first month after the course, I noticed that I slept better and did not not get annoyed as quickly/often as before. Even though I do not always get to meditate every day now, I use meditation for times when I know I will have a busy day ahead or if I have not slept well. It is an incredible powerful tool and I recommend that everyone give it a try - it is truly lifechanging.
I can’t recommend the course highly enough & Jess in particular. She is lovely, she taught us in an informative, relaxed manner & is still now only on the other end of the phone or email if we need her! Five months on from my Introduction Course & I’m still feeling the huge benefits of twice daily practice. I feel so much calmer & more resilient, better equipped to deal with challenging situations & I’m looking forward to the upcoming Retreat to bring my practice to the next level!
