2. Meditating with a mantra

Beeja meditation uses a mantra - or sound - that is chosen by the teacher to resonate with your nervous system and instantly calm it. It’s a very simple technique that allows your mind and body to go into the deepest possible state of rest and repair, known as ‘turiya‘.

3. Super easy technique

You sit comfortably, with eyes closed, for 15-20 minutes and begin gently repeating a mantra that has been specially selected for you by a qualified teacher. You can do it any time, any place. There’s no special breathing, no awkward sitting position, and it doesn’t matter at all if thoughts enter your head; simply return gently to your mantra each time.

4. No need to change your lifestyle

We understand the constant pressures and stresses of the modern world. Whilst Beeja meditation stems from ancient knowledge, our approach is very much aimed at 21st century lives. Your ability to cope with the demands put upon you will dramatically improve with meditation and the choices you make will naturally become healthier over time.
